 Venezolana de Inversiones y Construcciones Clerico, C.A. (VINCCLER, C.A.) is a general contractor that has been an active participant in the Venezuelan construction industry for over 40 years.
Its professional record and growth are closely associated with the country’s development, having contributed to the construction work of numerous major projects of national importance, in both infrastructure and industrial development, undertaken by the public and private sectors.
The company’s first assignments were related to infrastructure works required by national development plans, in the areas of roads, irrigation and electricity.

In the sixties, VINCCLER, C.A. built "Los Dos Cerritos", its first dam. Later, in the seventies, it began its association with the oil industry through work connected with the expansion of the El Palito refinery, in the State of Carabobo. This modest beginning would grow in succeeding years to become a major business activity for the company. During the eighties, VINCCLER, C.A. joined in the construction of the right hand earth-rock dam part of the "Raúl Leoni" dam at Guri, Bolívar, the most important engineering job to be executed in Venezuela and a worldwide landmark in its category. |

At the beginning of the ‘nineties, the company extended the scope of its services to cover the marine sector, carrying out investments in infrastructure and equipment for the construction of offshore installations, such as: fabrication and driving of piles, supply and installation of platforms, as well as jetty construction, having participated in the building of the new jetty at the El Palito refinery, one of the most important marine installations carried out for the oil industry in Venezuela during this decade.
The cumulative experience acquired, the magnitude of the projects executed, as well as their wide diversity, have made VINCCLER. C.A. a leading company in the Venezuelan construction industry. This in turn has enabled it to establish working associations with national and international firms, when the dimensions and complexity of the projects so required it.
