VINCCLER, C.A. has made significant progress in the application of the quality concept at all levels of the organization, both in operations and administration. It has achieved a number of major objectives that have enabled it to provide increasingly improved services to its clients, and attain a respected position in the construction industry because of the quality of its work.

The quality efforts carried out by the company were initially evaluated through the controls used by its own clients; this was later to become a corporate responsibility. Worthy of mention during this period were: :


Development of quality manuals for the "Raúl Leoni" dam construction at Guri (1984).
1: Acknowledgment from Petrozuata (management of VEHOP project), for reaching 87.557 man-hours without discapaciting accidents (1998).
2: Acknowledgment from Petrozuata (management of VEHOP project), for reaching 500.000 man-hours without any accidents (1998).
3: Acknowledgment from Corpoven (general management of engineering and projects), for reaching 500.000 man-hours without discapaciting accidents (1996).

Cardón refinery expansion project (PARC) in 1994, and first construction project to be executed under ISO 9000 standards.
Company’s own quality system diagnostic (1996).
Creation of the Quality Assurance function (1997).
Issue of the first corporate statement on quality policy (1997).
The company at present is following the process required to obtain ISO 9000 certification.




The protection of its personnel and that of its clients and their installations is a prime corporate objective of VINCCLER, C.A.’s executive, managerial and supervisory levels. As a tool in the achievement of this aim, the company has issued an integral protection manual that contains the guidelines and standards to be applied to all its undertakings.

Compliance results are monitored and measured based accident frequency and severity indices, and their reduction from year to year is a goal set for all its personnel.

The company is fully committed to the application of existing official environmental regulations related to construction activities.
